Compact Substrate Integrated Waveguide Filtering Antennas: A Review

چکیده

In recent years, with the rapid development of integrated circuits, filtering antenna (FA) circuit substrate waveguide (SIW) has attracted widespread attention in wireless communications. Numerous structures have been proposed to improve performance SIW FA. Hence, this paper presents and miniaturization trend FA, briefly introduces structure historical terms mode, multi-mode cavities incomplete mode are constructed. Multi-layer structures, special slow-wave technology constructed physical structure. Several methods design examples FA introduced from these two aspects. Based on combination filter antenna, remains advantages structure, mainly including small size, low insertion loss, high quality-factors, easy integration planar radio frequency components. Therefore, it can further reduce circuit, allowing FAs be applied many aspects such as 5G (5th generation mobile communication technology) local area network
